How did she get to this place from rebranding in January 2015 to create a whole new business model in a new location?

She decided to begin again. She decided to change her target customer to align with her business values and really focus on reaching them with the right messaging. She checks in with her target audience growth, and pivots when she needs to. And, of course, we help with all of that.
When a client decides they want to grow, they also help us to grow. We study their business together. We develop their messages together. We celebrate successes and adjust for failures together. The important thing is that we believe we can do it, then we begin.
